Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Proactive Business Development of CHERRY Products in the defined markets in coordination with other CHERRY Business Units
  • Business Development and Sales of new and existing accounts (System Houses, Etail, Reseller, etc.)
  • Responsibility for defined Sales and Profit Targets in the assigned territory approved by the CEO and Head of Sales on an annual basis
  • Prepare offers, price and contract negotiations with direct and indirect customers
  • Define and implement relevant Marketing Strategies as part of the Sales process
  • Execution and achievement of defined targets for managed accounts per quarter
  • Execution of Sales Trainings for defined Accounts

Competencies and Experiences

  • Successful Degree in Business Management, Economics or similar education with commercial and technical background
  • Min. 3-5 Years of Professional Experience in Business Development and/or Sales
  • Profound market Know-How with IT Channels; excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership experience – motivated, proactive, respectful, open minded, ambitious and active sales
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Profound MS Office Skills, fluent oral and written German and English with good negotiation skills are mandatory
